Welcome to Bee Cave
In the early 1800’s, settlers made their way to the area and settled down where wild bees ran rampant amongst rolling hills and wide open plains. When the Post Office opened in the 1870’s, Bee Cave was rightly named for the area. However, it wasn’t until 2007 that another interesting fact came out of Bee Cave when the Texas Legislature declared the West Pole of Earth to be located in this great little town making it the true west.
